Our
Pop Art Portrait of Frankenstein's monster combines two
light areas of graduated color in contrast to the dark
tone of the figure. The light tones of the face blend
from yellow to green while the background blends from
yellow to red. The yellow common to both areas creates
an atmospheric glow that unifies the figure and its background.

which noisily clash to evoke the anxiety and discomfort
of this tragic creature.
